Exchange/Return Policy FAQs:

Q: Can I exchange or return the products that I ordered?
A: You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email info@ravelingsports.com . Please include Web Order #, item description, the part number and reason for the exchange or return. Once we receive the information, a Return Authorization is generated and will be emailed to you along with shipping instructions. Customers will be expected to pay for the shipping back to our warehouses and the shipping charges for the new items to get sent out (if applicable). 

Exchange/Return Policy: 30 day return with receipt and clothing tags attached.  Customers who do not contact us before sending the product(s) back will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Any item returned in a damaged condition will be reviewed by Raveling Sports to determine how the damage occurred.  If it is determined the damage was caused by the purchaser, then the cost of the damage will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. 

Q: Will I get a full refund?

A: While the original shipping charges are non-refundable, you qualify for a full refund on the price paid for the item(s) if returned in original condition (clean-no hair or dirt), with the original packaging intact and any tags or protective materials still attached.  Any item(s) returned with the tags removed, original packaging not usable, or not in original condition will either be returned to sender or incur an appropriate restocking fee determined by Raveling Sports. Shipping fees will be charged if an item needs to be returned to you. 

Q: May I return a closeout item?

A: All Closeout Items are Final Sale, and not subject to any Warranty, refunds or exchanges. Please note that shipping is nonrefundable when sending an item back. 

Q: How should I pack a return or exchange?

A: When returning an item, please use the original shipping carton and pack the item(s) securely.  Do not use the manufacture's packaging for a shipping box.  Enclose the invoice with an explanation for the return or exchange. Ship the package prepaid as we do no except returned items COD.  We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method as we are not responsible for lost packages. 

Q: If I received an item for free with my order or purchase, do I need to return the free item(s)?

A: Yes, "free" items received with the original order or purchase are to be included with your return.  If you choose to keep the free item, your refund will be reduced by the unreturned item's retail price.
